The Las Vegas Aces turned up the heat on Wednesday night, not just because it’s Vegas, baby, but because their All-Star point guard Chelsea Gray finally returned to the court!
Gray, who’s been sidelined with injury, didn’t waste any time making her presence felt. She dished out dimes (7 assists!), grabbed boards (4 rebounds!), and even swatted a couple shots (2 blocks) while scoring 1 point in her limited 15-minute stint.
But the real story here is the offensive explosion from Jackie Young (32 points!) and A’ja Wilson (27 points!), who absolutely torched the Seattle Storm. Kelsey Plum chipped in with 11 points, and the Aces never looked back, leading by double digits for most of the game.
This win is a huge boost for the Aces, especially with Gray back in the mix. They’re now 7-6 and looking to heat up the rest of the season!
